With more than two decades of hands-on experience and over 800 custom pool projects overseen, Billy Whitmore is one of Arizona's most experienced independent residential pool-construction advisors. He has built alongside some of the largest, most respected pool builders in the country, managing projects from $40,000 to well over $300,000.
As the owner of a small, family-run pool service company, he knows cleaning, repair, and upgrades just as intimately as new construction — every side of the Arizona residential pool.
That experience across every side of the business is what makes a true Pool Maven — and it's given Billy a deep passion for, and understanding of, every aspect of the Arizona residential pool.
During his years as a construction manager, Billy was the one trusted with the complex projects and high-profile clients.
